The AN364 (thin) stop nut is for use in structural applications where the bolt is loaded primarily in shear or in any application where the tensile strength of the regular height AN365 is not required. C after the -1032 will indicate that this is a all-metal stop nut. You will need to go with a MS21042 series nut. MS21042-3 will be the correct cross reference part for your MS20364-1032C. You could also order part # 04-01359 which is a MS20364-1032C THIN HEX NUT.
"A" stands for non metallic insert, or elastic/nylon lock nut. They are the same part, we just drop the "a" in our system.
