We are looking for a detail oriented individual that has experience dealing with inventory and is ready to take that knowledge and apply it to the purchasing process. The ideal candidate pays attention to details and has an average knowledge of spreadsheet programs such as EXCEL.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $15 - $19 per hour. We offer a robust benefits package including Kaiser, HMO and PPO programs as well as Paid Time Off and a company sponsored 401K.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for both customers and internal returns team. May require contacting original supplier and/or customer to determine what is required to make customer/Vendor company whole. May require ordering new product to replace RMA items.
  • Effectively track and manage RMAs during the 30 day returns lifecycle: Customer initiates, provide RMA instructions, document receipt of item, product evaluation, issue replacement and/or credits
  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to internal/external customers via email or telephone. Target response time 24 - 48 hours. Take ownership of assigned returns and/or product matters ensuring meet target.
  • Manage RMA and freight quotes; files freight claims as needed.
  • Constantly evaluate data identifying trends in product quality or replacement requests. Escalate product quality issues to manager to rule out factory related failures.
  • Continuous follow-up with vendors and warehouse returns team ensuring returns/RMA /credits are processed and received in timely manner. Escalate to manager as needed.
  • Focus efforts to continuous process improvement aimed at elimination of repetitive processes, decreased return turnaround time and streamlined work across all departments involved in the RMA process. Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
  • Accurately document customer/product resolutions in SpruceNet ticketing system. Keep content clear and concise.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
  • Assist team member with orders as needed.
  • Manager may assign additional responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English business communication skills including concepts of grammar and punctuation. Able to communicate as well with the written word as with the spoken. Additional languages a plus!
  • Great customer service skills; proven ability to managing customer expectations.
  • Some college coursework including Associates Degree or minimum one year of customer service focused on inventory control or accounting process.
  • Good computer skills including email, word processing, and ability to navigate the Internet. Ability to type 40 words per minute; Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Good organizational skills; Able to build a plan and know how to execute.
  • Good understanding of basic math, including calculations, using fractions, percentages and/or ratios.
  • Ability to comprehend basic accounting processes, office management, and purchasing procedures including practices, methods and terminology.
  • Relationship builder with both internal and external customers; Ability to negotiate purchasing agreements with vendors.
  • Strong negotiation skills. Ability to effectively and logically present arguments in a professional demeanor aimed at an amicable outcome.
  • Lifelong Learner; continuously seeking knowledge related to the industry and purchasing as well as personal enrichment.
  • Knowledge of general aviation and aircraft parts - preferred

Job Description:
Aircraft Spruce in Corona is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate with 1 - 2 years experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and high school diploma or equivalent.

As a Warehouse Associate - you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by keeping on top of our warehouse products - and ensuring orders are filled correctly 100% of the time.

This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday. We offer an outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, Holiday pay and a 401k saving plan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pull product from shelves as per pick ticket; Inspect product for quality ensuring it is not damaged. Verify all needed packaging and components are included with product. Ensure quantity is accurately picked by counting product at least 2 times before placing in packing bin/pallet. Notates on pull ticket every action during pick process including any discrepancies.
  • Organize pulled product by order in packing bin/pallets with corresponding pick ticket; Document every action related to the pick ticket throughout the picking process.
  • Performs stocking and labeling duties as needed; ensure prompt restocking of product; routinely performs quality visual check for abnormalities including packaging discoloration or damage, tarnishing or other damage; Isolate and repot damaged product to supervisor.
  • Ensure the accuracy of orders by conducting product to invoice comparisons before releasing product to packing/shipping team. Notate any shortages immediately for correction.
  • Boxes and verifies final shipping containers that are suitable for products, weights, address, correct method of shipping, packaging secured and undamaged. Report any discrepancies to supervisor immediately.
  • Maintains clean working area at all times; ensure floors are free of debris; Reports workplace hazards to manager immediately.
  • Constantly organizing assigned area; Correct misfiles and or mis-labeled inventory items. Report any errors in product location and or labeling to supervisor immediately.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by manager.

Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior work experience in a retail environment.
  • Requires verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Requires legible handwriting skills both alphabetical and numeric
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills; Good deductive reasoning.
  • Good organizational skills; Able to build a plan and execute.
  • Attention to detail; Able to follow written instructions; Good record keeping skills.
  • Team player; ability to work closely with medium size team establishing and executing daily goals.
Essential Functions:
  • Must be able to sit, stand and walk for up to 2 hours at a time.
  • Requires the ability to walk up and down step stool/ladder to count inventory.
  • Medium physical work on a daily basis. Including bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, grasping.
  • May be exposed to high and low temperature fluctuations. (50 degrees to 100 degrees)
  • Must be able to read fine print on manufacturer labels including alpha/numeric characters 1/8 of an inch in size.
  • Occasionally lift weight up to 25 pounds.
  • Requires data entry using a computer keyboard, scanner, and/or mouse.
  • Must be able to stand for extended period or walk throughout the warehouse on a daily basis

The ideal candidate is highly organized and understands what it means to work in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to organize paperwork using an efficient filing system and digitalize important documents.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Add new material to file records in chronological, alphabetical or numerical order as necessary.
  • Eliminate outdated or unnecessary materials, destroying them or transferring them to inactive storage according to file maintenance guidelines and/or legal requirements.
  • Place alphabetized materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins, or drawers, according to classification and identification information.
  • Ability to move and carry banker box sized boxes full of files
  • Assist with clerical duties including daily mail, check runs, and invoice mailings.
  • Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
