The unit comes with the shipping drain plugs (plastic) and a metal screw plug.
9/16-18 straight thread on the female side. 07-00781 is a fuel pump fitting 45 degree and 07-00783 90 degree and 07-00780 straight.
Per the supplier: P/N 4140-00-15CJ does not come with a maintenance manual or an ICA. It is a direct replacement and therefore you would follow the original OEM maintenance manual instructions.
The pumps can be installed in any way, however I recommend installing them with the motor facing up or to the side, so then if the pump seal leaks (due to use) the fuel is not gravity forced into the face of the motor. There is a drain port on the side of the unit that must be connected to an external drain line that collects fuel leaks and safety route them outside of the airplane. The drain line is a point of inspection for the pilot.
