Uniform hardness all the way through the steel barrel walls which allows the barrel to provide even wear while withstanding extreme cylinder temperatures and pressures.
Exhaust and intake ports are volumetrically matched to maximum output and performance.
Increased port wall thickness - eliminates problems with warping and cracking.
Computer-generated head fin configuration - deliver more uniform heat transfer and fewer "hot" spots.
Manufactured from the most advanced alloys available - exceed industry standard for strength and porosity.
Note: Item does not include piston pin or rocker arms.

I ordered a Millenium cylinder for 0300D Continental engine. I was very satisified I got them in such a short time. I am happy. Thank you.
arrived in good condition
Installed on a Cessna 150 with the 0-200 engine. So far no problems with a little over 3 hours flight time on new cylinder.
We are in the process of restoring a 1962 Cessna 172C. The O300 power plant runs well but is getting tired. We used Superior Millenium cylinders for the top overhaul. The quality and workmanship is exceptional. Very pleased with the purchase.
First cylinder I have every purchased. Glad I didnt go rebuilt. These are very well made. Complete less rockers and piston pin.
I have used these cyl.s before and found them to be very well constructed. Quick delivery
High quality, all new parts, at a price not much more than rebuilt, fast delivery, this purchase is a no-brainer.
Iâve always read that millenium Cylinders were the best. Just put 4 on my c-85 and one of them had a stuck valve from an incorrectly sized valve guide. Itâs been 2 weeks of trying to get a new cylinder from Millenium because they refused to allow an exchange with spruce and they still have not even mailed the cylinder. Multiple messages have been left and they donât even return the call. They may be good cylinder but good luck if you have any problems with them!!!
