Yes, they are included with 07-01302.

Q: I see you say there is a core charge. Do you take the generators for cores?

Yes, the manufacturer will accept a generator for a core.

Q: Do these TAL12-70 conversion kits come with new belts?

They do not, you would use the existing belt.
