I purchased this product and the United States Postal Service ripped the envelope open with their sorting machine. The envelope and packing list arrived but the decals were missing. I ordered a second pair and they were shipped immediately and at no cost. I did not expect that. Thank you. The second pair of decals arrived promptly and were in good condition. They were of excellent quality and attached as well as original factory decals. Thank you. Aircraft Spruce is very concerned with customer satisfaction. It was not their fault that the first order was missing.
