Mainstay 3600 order arrived in perfect shape, great packing, no dents or tears in the wrapping. Still vacuumed sealed. Fresh stock. Mine had an expiration date of just over 5 years. Much better experience than dealing with the big A online merchant who shipped my previous order in a brown paper bag and they were all damaged. Ill deal with Aircraft Spruce from now on. Plan on buying more.
I bought these bars as replacements for the five year old ones that I had previously stored in my survival kit. I decided to try the old expired ones as an experiment. They were unspoiled and still edible after five years of storage. They taste like bland shortbread cookies. Not great taste, but definitely good for a survival situation.
