PULSAR™ 650 EXP (formerly Pulsar NS Experimental) navigation LEDs deliver exceptional performance in a design tailored for Experimental and Light Sport Aircraft. PULSAR™ 650 EXP PROVIDES TWO HIGH PERFORMANCE FUNCTIONS: POSITION (Red | Green): Directional aviation red and green LEDs provide clear aircraft orientation for safe, compliant operation. ANTI-COLLISION STROBE: High-intensity white strobe dramatically enhances aircraft visibility in both day and night operations, aiding in recognition and collision avoidance. PULSAR™ 650 EXP is designed with an industry-standard three-position screw pattern and includes a mounting bracket, making them ideal for legacy light replacements. No external power supply is required, and the updated configuration maintains this footprint while incorporating improved internal architecture for long-term durability and stability.  |

Correct, these do not need a power supply.
Q: Does the mounting bracket KIT-0008 which is shown on the Aeroleds website come with the lights? It says the mounting kit is required.
The KIT-0008 is included in the box.
Q: Will the AeroLED Pulsar 650 replace existing Whelen wing tip nav lights with integrated strobes?
Whelen offers the LED Orion 650 series with an anti-collision light facing forward in 14 and 28 volt units
