Not sure what is so special about these screws, but they are the exact part number from the ipc, so worth the extra cost.

The Phillip heads on these Hartzell spinner machine screws were not polished. The other time I ordered these screws 3 or 4 years ago they were polished. It just made more work for me to polish the screws for a matched finish with the other spinner screws.

Orings were fine, but Spruce messed me up. I paid extra for overnight shipping so I could have it quickly, and they delayed shipping it so it arrived the same day ground shipping would have arrived. Money wasted and my job was delayed by a whole weekend.
