Overview

If you’re looking for an autopilot that’s easy to operate, has high accuracy, includes a full range of modes normally found in turbine class autopilots, and makes flying a breeze, look no further than Avidyne’s DFC90.

The DFC90 is attitude-based with digital precision and eliminates all the overshoots, shortcomings, and flutters inherent with older, rate-based autopilots, especially when tracking an ILS to minimums in windy conditions.

And unlike autopilots with monochromatic displays, the DFC90 never makes you guess what functions are engaged with both backlit buttons that turn blue when “armed” and green when “engaged” and indicators right on your displays. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing what’s engaged, and that you’re in great hands with the DFC90.

  • All the standard vertical and lateral modes of operation of a turbine-class autopilot system, including; Enhanced Flight Director (FD), Altitude Hold (ALT), Airspeed Hold (IAS), Vertical Speed Hold (VS), Heading (HDG), and Navigation (NAV, APPR, LOC/GS, GPSS)
