Installed these brake linings on my PA-28 using the RAPCO Brake Rivet Tool. Seems like a great value compared to automotive brake linings. The linings come with rivets but I also purchased extras since this was the first time that Ive replaced linings myself. My A&P gave me an atta boy

These brake linings fit perfectly and are reasonably priced

Tradewind Flight Services operates a flight training school and aircraft maintenance facility. We order these brake linings consistently because they hold up well under our rigorous training schedules. In addition, the linings are less expensive than other brands.

Cessna 172. Perfect replacements, and cheaper than the Cleveland brake Linings. The brake linings broke in easy as per Rapco instructions: Taxi 500 feet with 1,500 to 1,800 rpms, brakes on keeping the speed 4-9 knots. Let cool 10-15. I did this by taxiing to the run up spot (about 500 feet), did run up (the brakes held), and took off. I tested the brakes by doing a few short field landings, allowing the brakes cool while flying in the pattern. There was no noise and the linings had strong even stopping power. The Rapco RA825 Rvet tool was used to remove and install the rivets and was easy to use at my hanger without a vise.

I am an A&P and IA. These parts are excellent quality and fit. These were paired to new rotors. The brakes had excellent holding power without unwelcome grabbing. They come with brake rivets so all needed parts are included.

These pads fit and were about 50% of the OEM. I just installed them so long term is yet to be seen.

These stoppy things seem to make a Cessna stop better. So, seriously, apparently I ride the brakes. Ran my pads down to the rivets. I am very happy that this is one of the more inexpensive things on the aircraft. :) These pads were suitable replacements and are working fine.

Brake Pads work great. The tool for setting the rivets is an excellent purchase as well.

My plane stops much better now, and that is to be expected. Ill be curious to see how they wear.

Although this is to be expected these linings fit correctly on the pins and dramatically improved my stopping distance

The product was fine. Shipping via USPS resulted in 4-day travel time, vs the steel discs ordered at the same time and shipped via UPS arrived in two days.

The one I purchased are metal (not organic) for a PA30 with Cleveland brakes. I had to file off several thousands of backing to get them to fit and lay flat on the calipers. This was a first, as I have used Rapco linings without issues in the past. Of course they are half the price of the Cleveland pads...
