The product itself is well worth the cost, but more importantly is the customer service you get from Switcheon. I over loaded mine by drawing too much amperage and blew the internal fuse. I was able to send it in and Switcheon would repair and send it back for no charge, so I sent it in. Come to find out they could not fix mine so what they did was sent a new one at no charge! Sean and Jake were awesome to deal with. This is one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. And I dont write reviews. Thank You Sean and Jake and the Switcheon Company!!!!!
