My good rating is for Aircraft Spruces service. I dont love this product. The GPL design is prone to failure (this is the third starter Ive purchased in a ~200 hours runtime), and is inferior to the Rotax solutions. But Im kind of stuck with it, unless I want to buy an eBox for big money.

90 degree starter. Exceptional engineering, beautifully made, excellent product....
Everything about it is working perfectly so far. The one thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is that while it says it is an exact replacement, the unit is longer than the original and the positive terminal is on the end instead of the side. This caused me to re-route the cable from the starting relay to the motor so it would reach.

The manufacturer is GPL electric. The starter motors are built in Taiwan and the rest of the kit is made in the US.
3 inch diameter. We do not have any application data showing it's use on the Kawasaki. It may work but we cannot guarantee it.
The starter is water resistant but not totally sealed.
