No these do not come with any type of case or storage bag. You can purchase the case under P/N# 13-06174.
They are fairly large and should be ok to use with most prescription glasses, but it depends on the shape and size of the frame. Inside dims are approx: 3 inch height x 7.5 inch width x 1.125 inch depth.
