This comes as a set of two molded assemblies & one spacer. This is one complete mount. Most applications require 4 mounts per engine. Refer to your aircraft parts manual to see how many are required for your application.
No, this mount is FAA PMA approved and will come stamped with that approval. If you require an 8130-3 form, you will need to request it in the shopping cart at checkout. Additional charges will apply.
4 mounts would be required. Each mount has two halves for each mounting point.
150's have a different engine and require Lord J-3608-1 mounts.
