These work as expected. I get zero noise in my headsets with the jacks isolated. Took me a bit to figure out that you need a 7/16 hole for the shoulder to fit through the hole. At first I tried 27/64 drill bit, but that was too small. Next step was 7/16.

In order to avoid feedback problems (squealing), the Use of this Shoulder Washer is a must if you start using ANR headsets. (No part of the Panel Jacks should make contact with the ground). And... since they were on back order, Aircraft Spruce shipped them to me a few days later without charging me shipping ! Impressive customer service !

Only went down one notch because the photo does not match the actual washer (a lot). This caused me confusion when ordering. Not sure why I am writing this because I see you have gotten this feedback before (6 months ago) and you have not fixed it. :-)

The picture does not match the shoulder washer. Therefore its not clear that youre ordering the right part.

Way to nickel and dime us to death. Include these with the headset jacks would ya!
