Seamless mechanical tubing may be used either statically or dynamically. Its close tolerance, good finish and dense structure make it ideal for parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, etc. Tensile strength 80,000 PSI. Drill or ream for proper bolt fit. If manufacturing test reports are required, there is a minimum $15.00 charge per order. Please indicate in the special instructions box at the time of order that certs are required. |

Fast shipping and just what I needed thinks
I use this stuff all the time. Terrific bushing stock. Commons sizes and easy to ream to nice fit on the I.D.
The inside diameter of this stock material is about a tenth smaller than advertised. We had to ream the I/D before we could use it.

It is 1020 steel.
The website is correct and we measured our stock. When doing the math you have to double the wall because you will lose .065 on both sides of the "ID."
