I have not installed this yet, although I have looked at it and it is not clear as to what lugs to attach wires to. It did not come with direction.

Per the supplier: No, it is not temperature compensated.
Per Falcon, the gauge will work on a Lycoming 0235-L2C. Also per Falcon, the difference in temperature is negligible as the gauge is not temperature compensated.
