PTI-Toluene is virgin (not recycled) toluene that is a low initial boiling point aromatic solvent. Toluene is clear, colorless, flammable liquid that is miscible with most common organic solvents. It is commonly used as a solvent and reducer in enamels, alkyd family paints, lacquers, gums and resins. Also, Toluene has been found to work well as a cleaning, binding and release agent. Do not use with PTI chromate and chromate free primers. Instead, use reducer PT-1022X66. Certification paperwork must be requested at time of order.
