Precise Tip Geometry and Stamped Markings
Tekton 4 mm bits are made with tight tolerances for a secure fit in small screws, reducing slip and wear—crucial for high-value, sensitive electronics.
The tip size and Tekton "T" are clearly stamped onto every bit.

Hardened Bits with Non-Flaking Protective Finish
The bits are made from hardened 8660 steel (55–58 HRC)* and finished with a zinc phosphate conversion coating that provides lasting corrosion resistance without altering dimensions or flaking, unlike chrome finishes.
* Line Head bits are made of hardened AISI 1015 steel (40 HRC)

Modular Bit Organization
Bits are grouped in logical 12-piece sets across 8 modular rails. The rails can be removed or rearranged within the case.

Bit Rails Have a Soft, Secure Hold
The flexible rails securely grip the bits so they can’t fall out, while also making it easy to remove any bit one-handed. The rails can also stand upright on a flat surface, making the markings easier to see.
High-contrast size markings are printed on the top of the rail.

Smooth-Spinning Magnetic Driver
Keep the bit engaged by pressing on the end cap while spinning the driver body. A recessed magnet holds and magnetizes the bit.

Aluminum Bit Driver
The driver body and endcap are machined from aluminum and finished with a black anodized coating.
