The outer brake pad that I received appeared to be a used part, i.e. no pad, pitted and corroded. Not at all similar to brake pads that I have received in the past or direct from the manufacturer. So, this was not a happy experience! However, I called the Customer Service desk. The person was very helpful, got an RMA and sent the part back for credit. No muss, no fuss.
