OptiMate Solar DUO, the smart 5 Amp solar controller that safely charges all types of 12V batteries – fully automatic ‘connect & forget’ technology! Works with 12V polycrystalline or mono-crystalline solar panels, with rated output from 10W to 60W. Solar Panel specifications Charges 12V lead-acid + 12.8V / 13.2V lithium batteries. The smart charge controller automatically adjusts charge according to battery type and condition – Connect to the battery and the OptiMate Solar DUO controller does the rest, no supervision required! The fully automatic multi-step program brings the battery safely to full charge and continues to maintain the battery daily – Charger by day! Battery’s state of charge is displayed on the LED panel 24-7 – Monitor by night! The controller kit includes premium quality components 1) OptiMate Solar DUO controller 2) O-27 SAE polarity converter 3) O-01 battery lead 4) O-04 battery clips – for the complete solar charging experience!

CHARGE

MONITOR

MOUNTING
The OptiMate DUO charger-monitor controller is separate to the solar panel and can be placed close to the vehicle or battery so that charge and maintenance progress can be easily followed. The solar panel must be mounted and angled to receive direct sunlight. The reach / distance between battery and panel is 315cm / 124″. To extend, use OptiMate Cable Extenders O-03, O-13 or O-23 and insert between the solar panel and the OptiMate DUO charge-monitor controller.
