Overview
| The RAM-B-108BU accommodates rails from 1.0 inch to a maximum of 2.1 inch in diameter. To mount the RAM-B-108BU base, place the saddle shaped plate on the rail then wrap the metal clamp strap around the rail and plate. Tighten the screw knob on the metal strap with a screwdriver until the strap has a firm hold on the rail. |

Second one purchased for Bonanaza/Debonair type aircraft. This is the mount, period. RAM products are exceptional on their own, but this is a solid mount for the specific use and puts what you need in the right place with lots of freedom to move things to suit the pilot flying.
As advertised. I needed this mount to attach my iPad to the yoke in my Comanche. The mount is very adjustable and come with two clamps. There is a black plastic sleeve that is inserted over the metal clamp band. I used some dish soap to make the sleeve slide on easier. Once the clamp was on the yoke I was able to adjust the distance to a perfect fit. If you have a thicker yoke rail this is a good product.
Installed 2 of these on a powered parachute. 1 for GPS and 1 for Icom radio. Worked great.
