Sherlock Leak Detector is used for detecting leaks in pipe joints, tube connections, tanks or any system under gas or air pressure. It is very easy to use, simply wipe surface to be tested with a brush or dauber, squirt on with a squeeze bottle or spray with a trigger sprayer. Small leaks form white foam in 5 to 60 seconds. Large leaks form large bubbles almost instantly. Both Type 1 and 2 are neutral solutions that can be used in a pure oxygen environment, since they do not contain any oil, grease or other ingredients that might combine with oxygen to burn or cause an explosion. Meets MIL-PRF-25567E. Type II is for use from -65 degrees to +35 degrees Fahrenheit. |
