Extremely easy to close the gaps. I actually went to far on my first plug, just because I am used to my old gapping tool. The old one is that one with the small turning ears, that makes your hand sore after only a few spark plugs.

This is my second Precise-Gap gapping tool. A friend, that I work with sometimes, was so impressed with my first one so I gave it to him and ordered me a new one. So much easier and faster than the old red, mounted, gapping too. I love it.

I like it, very precise and easy to use. A good value! FYI, you should also buy the tool for increasing the gap since this gap tool only closes the gap

Absolutely hands down, the best plug gap tool available. All stainless steel with precision, ball-tip machined T-handle adjuster screws. Stainless ball-tip adjusters coupled with the T-handle provide precise electrode movement. Similar looking tools use a thumb type five cent screw that is pinched off on the end that contacts the electrode when setting your gap. The thumb screw usually has to be aided by a pair of vise grips to achieve movement and the pinched off square end that contacts the electrode yields unpredictable movement of the electrode.
