Ordered in March, delivered in October … a disappointingly LONG wait. I checked twice with your staff — they were courteous and patient — but there was, apparently, little they could do … presumably, the “trade war” ramifications and/or H U G E demand for the oximeter in response to the pandemic. So I decided to wait, in the interim purchasing a very similar device on-line … an unpleasant experience (Pay Pal a miserable payment choice). Eventually, you filled my order … USPS tracking every step. BOTTOM LINE: Your device appears to be virtually identical in form, fit and function to the one-third the price of the on-line device, However, I’m satisfied, — just disappointed about the inordinate delay. It would have been appropriate to receive periodic notices FROM YOU saying: Here’s the reason for the delay. In case you’re wondering, I’m 80 and a retired Air Force officer and cyber security specialist. I also was a defense contractor for 30 years. I understand multi-national procurement, perilous supply chains, unknown-unknowns, et al. It’s also true that a motto of “I intend to spoil you as my valued customer!” works every time. Will I look to you when I might need other devices you offer? Well yes, but with a bit of hesitation … not the zeal your otherwise “gold-standard reputation” for OUTSTANDING service merits. In closing, my sense is that you asked, in good faith, for a “good faith review.” DONE.

It works as advertised. Response and readings are very fast and accurate. Reference comment by Larry C. there are numerous sources on SpO2 levels and hypoxia on the web that can found by doing a simple web search using the terms hypoxia SpO2 in the search engine.

Works as advertised. However, I bought it to monitor oxygen saturation while flying to avoid hypoxia, and theres nothing in the literature to tell you what levels constitute dangerous percentages. Id think paying that much, it should be included.
