Just wanted to take a minute to comment. I never fill in your comment cards, but thought I would just email you. I have been in this business since 1982, used all the regular suppliers over the years. Your company surpasses them all. On the phone your sales people are quickest and most efficient, on the internet your search engine is by far the best and most user-friendly. Stock is readily available, customer service is polite and easy. Returns are no problem core returns are a "piece-of-cake" - usually the RMA is included with the new product. Best of all is the email communications - lots of them! Thanks for helping me with my business needs! |

Sometimes you need to hear the good in addition to the usual complaints. I'm writing to compliment you on the excellent service you've provided me in the 4 years I've been building an RV. Your website is great, and the total time from order to receipt of goods has been second to none. When I first started building, I heard "old guys" grumbling about Spruce's service and was understandably a little concerned. But you've have never given me a reason to complain....and that's what i tell others when they ask.
