I want to comment to you and say this is the first time I purchase items via the internet for aviation outside Argentina. By not having customer shopping experience as aviation, I decided to buy some things in another company, and partly through Aircraft Spruce. I must say that my experience with your company as the buyer has actually been more than satisfactory, both in care of the call center, via email and the response to each concern raised on my part. Now I know that my future purchases will come only through Aircraft Spruce. I wish for you to re-send my email to your supervisor, it's also good to know when the company is doing well. I had your email on my laptop from years ago, hope its still current. People today are so quick to whine and moan, I wanted to do just the opposite. I have dealt with your firm for years as I built my airplane. I have purchased lots from ACS US stores, ACS Canada and also many things from your Pilot Shop online store too. Your staff has always been excellent, your prices great and service when needed well above the industry standard. You should be very proud of your business and your people. I would like to point out two people in particular that have really stood out. First Ryan Deck who answered lots of dumb avionics questions and always followed up. Great guy. Second, with a warranty issue I have had with a radio and being under the gun time wise, a lady in Canada who takes care of RMA and warranty issues. Amanda Lambert. She was amazing and not only professional and great at service but the kind of person over the phone you just have to like. Pleasant, funny.... just a true pleasure and she stood out. Even when I call the Canadian store with silly little orders, the guys are quick, friendly and helpful (they say things like hang on let me ensure its in stock here, so we can ship it all together). Those are the types of people that make businesses run well and keep customer happy. On forums like VAF etc I have always spoken very well of ACS and my dealing with you. I will continue, you are great business I enjoy supporting. Very well done. |

I placed an order early this morning ....later today I realized I did not need the item. I called customer service and the helpful service rep. stated the order had shipped. BUT, she wanted to be sure and transferred me to Carolyn in Calif. She checked that status of the order and it did show in shipping out of your EAST warehouse. BUT, she took my number and was going to check with Tammy Short to see if it made the truck. I received a call less than 30 minutes later. Carolyn and talked to Tammy, and Tammy found my order, pulled it before it shipped, and proceeded the paperwork for a credit. Jim, kudos to all your folks! |
