Route Planning
Whether it is a long flight or a short pleasure flight the route planning
features allow you to get all the necessary information for your
trip with less effort than you could ever imagine. And, if you
change your destination, or your destination gets changed by unforeseen
circumstances after you are in the air, flight plan modification
is simple and quick.
Taxi Way Position
Being at a new or unfamiliar airport can make
the usually easy job of leaving your current position to the
runway or other location stressful even if you are receiving
progressive taxi instructions from the tower. Reality Check provides
your current position on the taxiways from the NOS US airport
diagrams relieve the stress and help prevent runway incursions.
Fuel Price Search
The increases in fuel costs have hit the aviation market hard. Reality
Check provides an automatic check of the updated FBO fuel prices
and displays them for your route of flight. The best prices are automatically
displayed for your convenience.
Artificial Horizon
An optional artificial horizon is available. This is a fully functional
3 axis altitude indicator. This is a separate, independently
powered unit. Once you are on you way,
Reality Check provides the necessary support for your trip.
Airways
Both High and Low en route Airways are available on the moving
map screen. A warning system can be activated to advise you if
there is difficulty in maintaining altitude.
Contour Terrain Mapping
Reality Check provides contour terrain mapping. The navigational map
can be overlaid on top of the contour picture.
Alerts
Alerts are provided for both Terrain and Obstacles. The system constantly
monitors your position relative to terrain and obstacles to help
keep you safe and aware of your current location relative to any
known potential dangers. When you approach
your destination, Reality Check is there to help in the most stressful
part of any flight. Although not certified for IFR approaches, a
wealth of important information is available.
Approach Overlay
The display provides a complete overlay of every segment of the
approach, including the altitudes associated with each segment.
NET 1000
The NET 1000 series is designed for the light sport aircraft, experimental, home
built and smaller production piston equipment. If you are someone who likes

NET 2000
New Era Technology Inc. NET 2000 is a revolutionary new way to assist in
the flight training process. By utilizing a patent pending concept
and hardware, nearly all aspects of flight training can now be recorded.
This includes the recording of multiple video channels such as instrument
readings and external views, audio communications both inside the cockpit
and with the tower, as well as complete WAAS compatible GPS tracking
of flights.
Devices Configuration and Specifications
The entire digital recording system is completely self contained and
requires no modification to the aircraft provided a 12V power supply
is available.
The unit weighs less than 8 lbs, draws
less than 2.3 Amps of current, yet is capable of recording up to 40 hours
of flight video in real time that is completely synchronized with all
audio communications.
The instructor inputs are handled via
a very durable 8.4 inch touch screen display which interfaces directly
with the specially designed software. The touch screen display can be
either be mounted within the cockpit or stowed during the flight and
the touch screen can also double as a display of the forward panel if
the training is taking place in a tandem seated aircraft.

Process
Recording the training flights gives the instructor the ability to discuss
and review the flight with the student after the flight has been completed.
Recorded flights can provide proof that students have been properly trained
and passed the required curriculum. It also provides flight schools with
multiple instructors the ability to verify all instructors are following
the same guidelines as mandated by the flight school. Recording on this
device is as simple as pressing a button on the screen. Downloading the
flight training session can be achieved by a portable hard drive, an
Ethernet connection or a wireless connection. In addition all recorded
flights can be archived on a server or kept on optical media (CD or DVD)
for future review or training.
